Our monthly Care Plans are ideal for those who travel regularly or spend extended periods away from Porto.
If you only need occasional assistance, we also offer one-off visits tailored to your needs.
Absolutely.
Every home—and every routine—is different. If you need something beyond your Care Plan, such as receiving a delivery, meeting a technician, arranging flowers or taking care of a one-off request, we're happy to help.
Whenever an additional service falls outside your plan, we'll always confirm any additional fees with you before proceeding.
We arrange a secure key handover at a time that suits you. Your keys are stored securely, handled with complete discretion and used only to provide the services you've requested.
Trust is at the heart of everything we do.
If we notice anything unusual during a scheduled visit—such as a leak, signs of humidity or a maintenance issue—we'll contact you promptly, explain the situation and discuss the next steps with you.
If an additional visit or coordination is required outside your Care Plan, we'll always let you know beforehand if any additional fees apply.

Before you arrive, we'll prepare your home according to your preferences: airing the rooms, watering your plants, refreshing the space and making sure everything feels welcoming.
The service also includes up to €40 worth of grocery shopping, based on your personal shopping list. If you'd like additional items, we'll simply add the difference to your final invoice.
