Peace of Porto provides property care visits, including plant watering, airing, mail collection, visual checks, vehicle care, and related coordination services. Services are provided according to the plan or quote agreed upon with you.
3. Bookings and payment
Plans are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. One-off services and tailored quotes are confirmed before work begins. Payments must be made according to the terms outlined in your service agreement.
4. Access and keys
You are responsible for providing secure access to your property. We treat keys, codes, and access details with strict confidentiality and return them upon request or at the end of the service.
5. Liability
We carry out our services with reasonable care and attention. However, Peace of Porto is not liable for issues beyond our reasonable control, including pre-existing property conditions, force majeure events, or third-party actions.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations or changes to scheduled visits must be communicated with reasonable notice. Specific cancellation terms may be outlined in your individual service agreement.
